The Ministry of Administration is responsible for ensuring that day -to-day operation of Church activities are dealt with efficiently and in line with Church policies and procedures.
This ministry is generally the first port of call for enquiries regarding all church activities, including booking and organising baby dedications, funerals and weddings and effective church diary management. It receives, responds to and disseminates incoming calls, personal enquiries and correspondence to the District Bishop, Church and Pastors’ Council and where appropriate church members.
The Administrative Office is run by a Church Administrator/PA to the Bishop, supported by an Administrative Assistant and volunteers where necessary and aims to respond to all telephone calls within 24 hours. Email enquiries should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org and where possible will be dealt with on the next available working day.
